HANDS Community Arts Center is a nonprofit dedicated to providing equitable access to affordable arts education. The organization relies on class enrollment and program participation to sustain its operations, using its website and seasonal program guide as primary touchpoints for engaging participants.

Our team focused on improving these touchpoints to better communicate program offerings, increase program guide downloads, streamline registration, and strengthen the lead-generation funnel from discovery to enrollment.
